Adaptive re-use of a 166,000 square foot office building into 89 market-rate residential units, 35,000 square feet of office space and 6 street level retail storefronts. The project was recognized as a nation finalist by NH&RA in 2011 for its complex capital stack utilizing a combination of NMTC’s, HTC’s, state and federal grants, owner equity and conventional debt.
