Old City 108 Condominium is 12-story, 160' luxury residential building in the Old City section of Philadelphia. Development Management and Owner Representation services were provided to the developer and included extensive community involvement for permitting and approvals, coordination of sales and marketing efforts, and oversight of the construction process through closing and post-closing activities with the homeowners.
