Mulberry 426 is an adaptive re-use of a former Chamber of Commerce Building. Utilizing a combination of HTC’s, equity and conventional debt, this 1928 art deco limestone structure is being transformed into 40 market rate residential rental units and 4 street level retail shops. Commerce Lofts is a 58,000 sf, 4 1/2-story steel and concrete structure with limestone facade. The project begins December 2011 and will be occupied August 2012. Total cost is $10 million.
