Montage Mountain, formerly known as Sno Cove, is a 400 acre Ski Resort and Water Park located in Northeast Pennsylvania. The property was acquired as a distressed asset purchase and is currently being rebranded and reintroduced as Montage Mountain Resort. Our partnership is investing capital in the facilities, repositioning/rebranding the asset, reorganizing the management and operations and changing the resort from a 2 season operation to a year-round destination.
