Bar Pazzo joined this culinary community in May and carved out a niche in the market with its authentic dishes rooted in Old World and Sicilian influences. Now, the eatery housed in downtown Scranton’s Connell Building, 131 N. Washington Ave., offers Sunday brunch, too, with an emphasis on cured meats, cheeses and fresh fruit. The new offerings extend Bar Pazzo’sspotlight on the purest, simplest ingredients in its food.
